Why do we communicate so easily with some people — and so poorly with others?
Using the DISC method, we explore different communication styles, their strengths, needs, and areas of friction.
We start by observing, then by understanding. Next comes action: how to adjust your behaviour to be better understood, ease tension, or prevent misunderstandings — sometimes simply through a greeting, a gesture, or a well-phrased explanation.
A concrete, dynamic workshop — immediately useful in the field.
