2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Suus Spoelstra Coaching, including coaching and training. By using these services, the client accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Services and Rates
Suus Spoelstra Coaching offers coaching and training services, both individual and group. Rates are provided in advance and may vary depending on the length and type of session. All prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment and Billing

• Individual coaching must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Corporate training is invoiced and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

• Payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer.

• In the event of late payment, Suus Spoelstra Coaching reserves the right to suspend any future services and apply administrative fees.
  

5. Cancellation and Modification

• Any cancellation of an individual session must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation within this time frame will result in a 100% charge.

• For group training, 7 days' notice is required. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge, and cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in a 100% charge.

• Suus Spoelstra Coaching reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  

6. Liability

• Suus Spoelstra Coaching strives to provide the best possible services, but cannot guarantee specific results.

• Participation in coaching and training sessions is the sole responsibility of the client.

• Suus Spoelstra Coaching cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the services provided.
  

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All information shared during coaching and training sessions is treated confidentially.

• Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, in compliance with current legislation.
  

8. Applicable Law and Disputes
These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court of Albertville, France.

9. Modifications to the Conditions
Suus Spoelstra Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. The most recent version will be published on the website.
